Weekend Wrap-up

This Week: was the first time we broke out the coats for our evening week because of the cold, it was pretty bizarre! You can just feel that little layer of chill outside nowadays even on sunny days. We were invoted to a birthday/pool/BBQ party with some favorite cousins, but no one in our family ended up swimming and instead looked for jackets! Needless to say it is full on Fall here where we live, and we're not really balancing on a line anymore I don't think:(
We've also had lots of fun cooking this week, some fun outdoor changes, a huge amount of planning, some big strides forward in catching up with everything, some really fun phone calls and get togethers, and overall a bunch of really fun times spent with my handsome man and our four cuties:)
To-do's and Goals for the Week:
- get my back rubbed:)
- make another batch of yogurt
- film a few more videos
- get the rest of the wood chopped and sacked
- start Ellie's piano lessons
- take a long hot bath
- clean the house top to bottom for the new season!

A Few Facts:
  • Martin and I are watching Once Upon a Time, and though sometimes it's hard to get past those cheesy moments, we're actually really loving the plot-lines and are enjoying it! Do you?
  • I just had 6 inches cut off my hair (to get rid of some slightly sad ends) taking it from the middle of my butt to the bottom of my back, but I still feel like my head is balled, and I'm never cutting it again.haha
  • I've been trying to get my passport for two years, and I'm not hopeful about ever getting it:

Take care today you guys, and I'll see you back here again tomorrow for something fun!!

  3. I also enjoy Once Upon a TIme, I agree with you about the cheesy moments, but overall I like the plot lines and twists the story takes. I don't know how far into the series you are, but I also like they way they integrate all of the different tales and characters together to make one cohesive story, really good show. I don't know all that many people that watch it, but I would definitely recommend it.

You also sound like me every time (every single time) I get my hair cut, I am sure yours still looks beautiful, you have a very enviable head of hair.

  5. I cut off 12 inches off hair last month and donated it. It's definitely an adjustment to such shorter hair.
