Evening lovely folks:) Today my little newborn is 2 weeks old, and I have to state the cliche that I don't know where the time has gone! I love her more every minute and she makes us so happy. Growing a baby is hard work though, and especially with #4 at the end I really felt the toll that all these sweet babies have taken on my body after having them all so close together. I made weight goals that I'd reach after each before I got pregnant again with the next, but weight and health are two very different things, and I am setting some huge health goals for myself for 2014! Every day I feel more and more energy and motivation coming back to me, and its a marvelous feeling to have your body totally to yourself again. I've never felt more pumped up to move forward in every aspect of my life, and I can't wait to share it all with you
Here's to getting used to dressing without a bump, to settingweight health goals, and to blogging regularly! Life is good:)

Probably the most frequently asked question in emails and comments is about my weight and health, how I keep in shape in-between having all these little kiddies and being a full-time stay-at-home-mom, etc, and finally after months of promising that I would write posts and videos etc about it, I'm so excited to finally have them scheduled on the calender! Not only am I going to start posting about my favorite workout routines, meal plans, exercise tips and tricks, product recommendations, healthy recipes and all that jazz, but its going to be first-hand info because of the journey I'm beginning to get my body back after having four kids in four years. I can't wait to get started:) Feel free as always to ask any questions you want so I can be sure and answer them for you! Here's to getting used to dressing without a bump, to setting

I found this blog after wondering if anyone else was having babies as fast as I was - #3 in 3 years due in April! - and I am looking forward to hearing how you build your health and wellness back up. If there is one thing I am feeling now, it is completely depleted and spread thin....everything goes to the babies when pregnant and breastfeeding...so thanks for the uplifting encouragement and goals :)
ReplyDeleteBut wait! Where is all your outfit info???

Congrats again on the birth of your sweet little babe! You look wonderful and I'm excited to hear about how you stay healthy. Our bodies are so incredibly important, and I think it's so inspiring to hear other women share their health goals as opposed to their plans on how to just "stay skinny." Healthy is sexy and you are stunning my friend!!
ReplyDeleteYou look amazing! I had my daughter nearly four years ago and breastfed her until recently and now that I'm pregnant again I see how the past few years have taken a toll on my body. This pregnancy feels different in that sense. I really cannot imagine having 4 kids in 4 years. To me, you are super mom! Looking forward to reading your blog :)
