Weekend Wrap-up

This Week: we fit a lot of goodness in! The kiddos have mostly been feeling better save for a few coughs and sniffles, and now that I'm going on my own like 4th week of this stupid thing I started feeling much better this week. Phew! So thank you all for your well-wishes and healthy thoughts!
Lydia has finally started walking majorly this week! She's been our slowest walker by far, but we've never tried to rush her so no one's complaining:) It's always fun to see how happy they get when they're suddenly independent though, and she's been having a ball! I was also able to take over the Julep Maven IG account for a day, which was so much fun since I'm a die-hard Julep fan:)

Also if you follow on IG you already know that Martin had his Bodybuilding Competition this week!! A lot of people have been asking how he did, and he did really awesome:) It takes so much hard work and dedicatin to get to the stage, and it was such a releif to finally have him show! Our babysitter fell through so I wasn't able to attend the actual show, but we drove down there as a family and the kids and I hung out in a hotel room while he competed. We also managed to fit in some fun activities and things while we were down there just for a couple days, and it was a fun quick little family vacation! But yes overall he was super happy with what he brought to the stage, he looked awesome, and I can't wait to get the photos back from the show!

  3. I've been lurking for a while and I just wanted to say thank goodness you and your children are recovering from your colds! Unfortunately, when I get colds, the coughs usually linger for a few months.

I really enjoy reading your blog, and if you do start vlogging, I'd be ecstatic!

Also, Happy early birthday to Ellie!
