Gymsporation: Win an iPod Nano Multi-touch!

First order of business is to very belatedly announce the winner of the Amrita Singh Necklace, Hanna L! Congrats girl! Check your email because I can't wait to get your prize to you!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm in such a good mood today guys! haha I got up early and have been super productive so far, the kids are in good moods, I'm sore everywhere which means I've been pushing myself(check), I'm energetic and pumped to clean and work, also it's a Monday which I love (also someone pointed out it's the very first Monday of the new year:)), and I'm doing my very first solo giveaway of the year for something that I'm so excited about! One winner will receive a new 6th generation 8GB multi-touch Apple iPod Nano!
This is the perfect giveaway for this time of year, because I know that many of you like me are working on your health and fitness right now, and this ipod is just awesome for exercising! It's so tiny and light so you can clip it anywhere on your shirt or use this band to wear it as an arm band or watch, you can easily switch between all your playlists, FM-radio, and audio books, also it has a built in pedometer! The 8GB of space means you can hold somewhere around 2k songs which is more than enough to not have to switch out music very often if ever. Enough praising now and on to the entries! :

Well that's it! I hope you're being successful in your New Years goals so far, and remember to ask any questions you may have about my workouts or meals, etc, because I'm scheduling lots of posts for the future and i'd loe to answer your questions! Anyway's, thanks so much for stopping by today, and good luck with the giveaway.
Have a great day my dears,
xo, Emily

So this year I want to spend 30 minutes each day preparing for the next whether that's packing lunches, planning a workout or whatever.

  38. In a way, you are kind of my motivation. My husband and I have baits on the brain for 2015, so my goal for 2014 is the get my best body possible. That way, when I do have kids, I'll already be in the habit of working out regularly and I'll know what my body is capable of doing. I know that body changes after baby obviously, but I feel I would have my best shot of getting back to normal if I had a better grasp on what my "normal" could look like. Adam, my husband, is a huge cross fit buff. He is currently working on a plan specialized for me and I'm so excited and so nervous at the same time! Eeek! Here's to 2014!!

  49. When I was in high school (5 years ago), I played on two different competitive soccer teams and was in crazy good shape. I've worked out consistently since then, but I haven't had that kind of fitness level. So my goal for this year is to get my "soccer body" back. I've signed up for a half marathon in the spring, and I'm hoping to do a full marathon in the fall. Hopefully that will give me the big push that I need to go from a decently fit twenty-something to a finely honed machine!

This iPod would certainly made workout funnier :-D Happy birthday gorgeous!
