You know guys, sometimes I feel slightly guilty for sharing so many rich and delectable desserts here on the blog, but it's not very oftenl, and it's definitely not with Christmas just around the corner! I've made it clear I think that you can expect many, many blog posts about my nutrition and health, my workout and meal plans, healthy recipes, etc, but it is not this day! (in my best Aragorn voice:)) This day I'm sharing is a little round-up I made for you after a friend of mine asked if I had any ideas for red desserts besides red velvet cake. Boy are there ever tons! I really love our favorite red velvet cupcakes, but it is nice to switch it up and try something new sometimes, so here are just a few ideas to get your red chocolate cravings going, just like mine are:) Enjoy!
I'm so hungry for dessert now! What are YOUR favorite red velvet recipes? Tell us about it in the comments below, or even leave a link below if it's online somewhere!
Have a great rest of your day, and I'll see you right back here tomorrow for somethin fun!
xo, Emily

Em, First I just wanted to say thank you so much for sponsoring my blog. I truly appreciate it! All these goodies look delicious except am I weird that I do not like red velvet?!?! I know it's supposed to taste like chocolate except the red dye/food coloring ruins it for me. I swear you can taste the food color? Or maybe I'm just a weirdo :)
ReplyDeleteOh man, red velvet is my FAV!!!

I'm not a red velvet girl, but my husband LOVES it. I usually just bake him red velvet cake since that's his favorite, but I've also made some pretty amazing red velvet brownies with frosting (even I liked those). :)
ReplyDeleteI've also tried red velvet crepes and red velvet doughnuts from Pinterest . . . both were tragedies, haha.
I love red velvet!!
