Weekend Wrap-up

This Week: turned to be pretty great all around. The routine didn't get back to normal quite as compleatly as I'd hoped with the majority of the family coming down with mean colds starting monday, but the mornings are going pretty steller which is the most important thing anyways:) I always think that way you spend your morning has a lot to do with how the rest of the day will go, and because they've been productive and consistent, I feel the whole day goes better. Other items of note is that our little Sophia has become a full-on walker this past week, and she's been all the sweeter and happier because of her triumphs. So grown up!

Next Week: I have lots of dreams for next week. Martin and I sat outside yesterday in the shade for what seemed like hours and talked about how things have changed, how they are changing every day, and how they will change in the future. We become closer everyday, and I love him more each moment we're together. We talked about this week and made plans. This coming week I'm going to be the woman who keeps a clean house, keeps flowers in a vase on my counter-top, listens to jazz while she tastes the cake batter, the one who sings with toddlers and snuggles newborns, and the one who reads on her porch in the morning sun with her bare toes digging into the cool grass. Watch me:)

• I played the banjo. Played being the operative word.haha
• Martin and I went on a dinner/movie date and watched Snow white and the huntsman. Got me really wanting to attack my costume fabric stash.
• I use pens to hold up my hair buns on a daily basis.
