Hey you, Happy Father's Day:)

Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there! We've had a really fun, semi-quiet day over here together and I wanted to just take a minute to share these fun photos I recently took of Marty and the kiddies. They're cute:)
This group if my favorite to shoot, for obvious reasons.haha There's nothing in the world quite like watching the guy who you started out having a big crush on, who taught you to dance the waltz and took you through the corn maze, then stole your heart and gave you ring for your finger, become the father of your children. It's really the most rewarding and fulfilling thing about life, this family of ours.
My favorite moment after each of their births has been passing the baby to my husband and watching him cradle their tiny little bodies in his big hunky arms:) From that moment I can see the love in his eyes for each of them which I know is more than words could ever express.
Happy Father's Day to you my love! Thanks for pushing and supporting me with every and anything that I shove onto my overflowing plate, between those kids and this blog, and our photography gigs, the quilt guild, and so much more. You are the most patient man on the planet, and I'm so lucky you picked me to have these crazy kids with.haha Also to my father-in-law in all his strength of character, and to my own father who has always made sure I knew I was beautiful and loved. I'm a lucky lady for sure!

Take care guys:)

  9. Hello love! I found you via Wonder Forrest and I'm quite looking forward to poking around and reading some of your archives! My hubby and I are planning a family of 4 kiddos, and it's awesome to see another young family doing the same - you have some sweet little faces in your family!! One thing - totally get that kids make life busy, but I thought you might like a head's up that your About Page still says you have three kids.

Sincerely, a fellow optimist and exclamation point lover!
