Friday Finds #89

This week I found...
1  // the whole collection makes me swoon, but I'd especially love about 100 of these throws around my home
2  // no need for a recipe here, the photo is inspiration enough to get my butt in the kitchen and whip some up:)
3  // love the pastel tone of all of these, every single one is perfect
4  // this quote has always been a favorite and is done so well in this print
5  // I want to travel to every corner of the world with Martin, but Venice has been calling extra loud lately
6  // I love accordion racks, and though the price is hard to swallow I still love the simplicity of this one
7  // this pair of quinn sandals are exactly what I wear all warm-weather long if I'm not barefooted
8  // this perfectly flowey top from anthro of course, that I'm pretty sure I need for Spring
9  // blackberry and almond coffee cake, is there anything more that needs to be said?
10  // these matte stoneware mugs from a pretty shop that I'd love to have all over my house filled with tea:)
11  // this pair of vintage style sunnies that have a slight cat-eye feel to them, I'm loving lately!
12  // this beautiful photo makes me ache for mountain hikes and warm evenings by the cabin wood-stove

Lately I've felt so overwhelmed with inspiration and ideas that I actually look for little things that can take my mind away for a little while and give it a rest.haha does that happen to you in Spring time as well? I'm sure it does. What are your favorite ways to keep your mind from running wild with plans and lists? I'd love to hear! At any rate, I hope you've enjoyed this week's favorites, and I hope to see you back tomorrow for another visit:)

Take care dear!

  2. I am headed to Venice in a little over a month... we're doing 2 1/2 weeks in Europe and one of those weeks is a cruise that starts in Rome & ends in Venice! I'll be sure to take lots of pictures & give a full report when I get back!

  4. Venice is absolutely beautiful. My fiance and I went there over a weekend on a whim and we both fell in love. Three weeks later we ended up going back to Italy because it's so incredible there. My biggest tip if you go? Wander out of San Marco square for dinner, find back alleys and squares where the locals dine - it's where the best food is and for wayyyyy cheaper! But then head back at night to San Marco and enjoy a cappuccino while the live bands play classical music. It's a beautiful, relaxing experience. Florian's is the oldest cafe in Venice and REALLY expensive (we had a 30E budget and that only afforded us both teas) but really worth the service, so classy.
