  1. The shrimp and quinoa dish looks excellent! I'm salivating over here. I went through a phase where I absolutely hated quinoa because the vegan cafeteria at my college used quinoa as much as they could. Quinoa salad? Sure. Quinoa omelet? You don't say. Quinoa and kale stew? How about every Saturday. It was eventually pretty frustrating, to say the least. Now that I'm at home and have had a good while to let my taste buds air out from it, I'm slowly reintegrating them back to the taste and they love it!
