Dec '13 Mixed Tape - 50 Refreshing Christmas Songs

hey my friends! I wasn't going to post today since, well, it's Christmas Eve and we've been really enjoying doing fun activities and visiting with family, eating treats, etc, but I was putting together this big compilation of songs and I just had to share! This is not your mothers Christmas playlist:)
I'm sure there are some you've heard and maybe even are already favorites, but I know you'll enjoy this mix of more modern style/versions of Christmas music, because I love it! I'm calling it December's mixed tape even though there are 50 songs, and I hope you enjoy and that they spice up your Christmas Eve and Christmas Day a little bit!

Well that's it! As you can see there's a lot of modern artists mixed with a few classics, and enough different genres that I'm sure there's something for everyone:) I just feel like typical Christmas music can get so overplayed to where we know every version backwards and forwards, and it's nice to switch it up! I'm not saying that you can't or shouldn't play Bing Crosby's 'White Christmas' till your iPod breaks, I'm just saying that there are a lot of songs out there that are just as cheerful spirited as the oldies. In essence I'm just sharin' a few songs from a few favorites, and I hope you have a Very Merry Christmas:) Now go put this on the big speakers and settle down for some eggnog. Do it for me:)
