Weekend Wrap-up + Instalife

This Week: basically tons of  family, winter-y, christmas-y oriented/themed stuff for the last two weeks, which has been great! I felt a little bit like Christmas had put on camo or something and was trying to sneak past us, but then I started to take stock of everything we've been able to do and we've been lucky this year:) Essentially holidays are made great around here by lots of food, lots of family time with games and movies etc, lots of shopping together, and lots of snuggling in a warm clean house! Oh! and you'll already know this if you follow me on instagram but I found my wedding ring, in the freakin washing machine yesterday!! Phew! I was so scared I would never see it again:( Ever happened to you ladies? okay on to the pics:
Weekly Snapshots: first snowfall, favorite spot lately, favorite meal ever, Christmas cracker fun, first ever purchase from Modcloth! (I know, huge huge sinner over here), and the most classic of Christmas music played in the most classic way.
A Few Facts:
  • I don't think I look that great in Yellow, but I still love to wear it because its an instant pick-me-up! When I wear it I match the sunshine. End of story.
  • I've had a strong addiction to peanut butter fudge ever since I was little and couldn't control how often I had it, but now that I'm an adult and have the most amazing recipe...
  • I have not worn sweatpants out in public ever since I got married. If you could see me then you would see my proud face:)
  • If you missed this post, I'm looking for questions from you for my first vlog, testimonials if you are a past sponsor, and any random questions that I could use for discussion posts in the future!
What makes you most excited about Christmas week?
xo, Emily

  8. No matter what, wearing yellow always makes me feel so good about life, and myself, so I understand the love there. Personally, I think anyone looks good in yellow! Happy holidays!
