The official first day of Summer is still over two weeks away, but since this is the first week that we've been opening the windows at night and the weather's been in the 90's consistantly during the day, I'd say that Summer has come early! We've really loved cooking different foods as the weather's changed, and today I'm going to share some of our favorites that I've posted to the blog!
Thanks for reading today, and I hope that you've been inspired to get in the kitchen and make something new and Summery! We're making plans to head out of town this weekend, so I'll keep you updated on that:)
Take care,
These look so nice. I think my favorite so far is the spring salad- it's so beneficial and delicious at the same time - perfect for hot summer days too. We don't get a lot of hear here in Oregon, but I still strugle sometimes with what to eat when it comes to 80 degrees.
