Weekend Wrap-up

This Week: This past week has been very exciting because the farther away I get from those last few weeks of baby prep before and then after the birth, not only are we getting on a totally awesome schedule with meals and sleep etc, , but I feel so much more energized!! I keep making to-do lists that are astronmically long and impossible to get done in a day, but it still feels great to make plans and be able to check them off one by one.
A few events of the week included: a little shopping trip with my mom (we haven't played dress-up in years), John turning three weeks(!), watching my little brothers star in a play, making scrumptious treats (some for sharing!), a couple long walks, a sweet burger date with the Mr, and lots of snuggling and loving baby time. Also yesterday we had a family reunion of sorts, and spent the rest of the day with the 3 kids swimming, visiting beautiful sights and fun parks, and eating delicious ice cream. Tat's a good week in my books:)
Weekly Snapshots:
Weeks Favorite:
Next Week: This coming week will firstly bring the end of June! Can you even believe it? It will also mean my newborn turns four. weeks. old. Holy cow! Also I have a rather fantastic announcement coming up on the blog tomorrow that you will not want to miss, and I'm finishing up touches with blog prep for July! So if you'd like to sponsor Life, etc there are still two medium and three large spots left!
The hardest thing about planning a week for blogging and for life in general is trying to fit in all the exciting things I/we want to do! I may just have to start doubling up posts every day to fit all the goodness in.haha Just kidding i'm not that ambitious at the moment:)
Most popular post of the week: the tips for longer healthier hair! Thanks for all the feedback darlings!
A Few Facts:
  • I just painted my toe nails for the first time in about a year.
  • Martin and I want to take the girls to see Brave.
  • Currently craving a get-together with my best friend Shannon.
Hope you have a fun week ahead!
xo, Emily
