Hey friends! Firstly I just have to give y'all a big drawn-out awkward hug for all the sympathy and support expressed on yesterday's post. So sad to know so many of you have gone through similar experiences, but also great to hear the advice for saving and stories of recovering your photos!
On to today's post: Four yummy looking smoothie recipes that I'm dying to try and wanted to share with you!
On to today's post: Four yummy looking smoothie recipes that I'm dying to try and wanted to share with you!
Martin and I first got our fancy blender and juicer back when we were prepping for our first bodybuilding competition together last year, and we were instantly hooked! We continued to keep juicing part of our regular diet as often as we can, and smoothies of all kinds are such a favorite around here that I've decided to add a brand new feature to my blog: 'Sunday Smoothie'. or 'Smoothie Sunday'.haha Which do you think?!
I just realized that I was making new concoctions at least once a week anyway's (before the new house that is:)), and since I'm looking forward to fine-tuning my nutrition with the new kitchen and getting back into a regular exercise regimen, that it'd be good motivation to keep my on track!
Let me know if that sounds like something you'd look forward to, and if you decide to give any of these recipes above a try, be sure and leave your review in the comments for the rest of us!
Take care loves,
Oh yummy! theses look great

My standby is almond or cashew milk, kale, hemp seeds, cinnamon, stevia fresh ginger, cucumber, lemon or lime slice, then a mixture of various fruits that I keep frozen bananas, pineapple mixed berries i.e. blueberries, black berries raspberries, peaches, mangos.I feel so energized by this morning meal, which carries me a good 5 hours til lunch.

Sunday Smoothies. 'Twould be awesome if you had a recipe that you could alter slightly to make a new flavor. Like I'll make a chocolate milk shake, drink half, and add some mint extract. ^_^
